Cancellation Policy:
Since this is a rain or shine event, and given that dock space must be reserved well in advance, I understand no refunds are available after I register. Should it be impossible for me to attend the event after I register, I will contact the event organizer and all efforts will be made to find a replacement who might attend in my place and reimburse me at a later date. I understand, however, such a replacement might not be available.
About this event
We are returning to the incomparable destination of Mystic Seaport this year! Sailors will launch from the Niantic River launch ramp in Waterford and sail about four hours eastward, arriving at Mystic Seaport's floating docks reserved just for us. A pizza dinner on the docks will be provided by the famous Mystic Pizza (yes, from the movie). Saturday's activities include sailing around the area, exploring the historic Seaport and downtown, and the opportunity to take a half-hour upriver tour aboard the Seaport's 1908 steamboat Sabino. That afternoon will feature our "Open Boat" hour where sailors check out everybody's boats at the docks and share snacks. We will leave Sunday morning and return to Niantic by mid-afternoon. Whether you attend with your boat or by car, you are guaranteed to have an unforgettable time.

Friday, July 31st
9:30 am: Meeting at launch ramp
10:00 am: All boats underway
2:00-3:00 pm: Arrival at Mystic Seaport
7:00 pm: Pizza on the docks
10:00 pm: Seaport "All Quiet"
Saturday, August 1st
8:00 am-5:00 pm: On your own to explore!
11:00 am: Optional Sabino upriver tour
5:00 pm: Open Boat hour
6:00 pm: Group picture
6:30 pm: Dinner on your own
10:00 pm: Seaport "All Quiet"
Sunday, August 2nd
9:00 am: Meeting on the docks
9:30 am: All boats depart
2:00-3:00 pm: Arrival back in Niantic
